You will be notified by an email from our Reservations Team with a confirmation of your requests. We recommend all Stay Planner requests be made as far in advance as possible, in order to fulfill desired appointments and times. We request at least 72 hours in advance from arrival date for any last minute reservations requests. If you are within the 72 hour window, please contact a Resort Sales Specialist at 866 554 4620.

    Reservations:
    Our Concierge will email you to confirm your order. If you are staying with us, your Dining, Spa, Golf and Activities will be billed to your room during your stay. If you are a day guest of the resort or purchasing these services as a gift, a credit card will be required for payment.

    Cancellations:
    Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel any reservations. Charges may apply for no shows or changes within 24 hours.
