"Brown Bag" Wine Wednesdays at Palm Terrace Restaurant 

You Pick The Food:  Select the entreé of your choice and our chefs will pair a trio of appetizers and delicious dessert sampler to complement your entreé selection.

We Pick The Wine:  We choose the bottle of wine and will unveil the selection at the end of your meal. Can you guess what you are drinking?

Friday Night Dinner with Jimmy at Palm Terrace Lounge

Every Friday night, the high energy, multi-talented Jimmy Hopper perform his unplugged "Up Close and Personal" show while guests savor a three-course dinner. You won't want to miss a delicious minute!

Performance and dinner is $59 per person or $25 per person for the appetizer course only, exclusive of tax and gratuity.  Dinner seatings available from 6:30 pm.  Live performance begins at 8:00 pm.  For reservations, please call 949.760.4920.


Sunday Night Rib Roast Supper at Palm Terrace Restaurant

This Sunday tradition endures at Palm Terrace with a three-course classic Prime Rib of Beef supper served family-style:

For the Table:
- Tomato and Mozzarella Salad with Opal Basil Vinaigrette
- Classic Caesar Salad with Herb Croutons and Shaved Parmigiano-Reggiano
- Steamed Artichokes with Garlic Aioli
- Truffle Macaroni and Cheese

- Prime Rib of Beef with Au Jus (Roasted Fillet of Salmon and Breast of Chicken will also be available.)

- Mashed or Au Gratin Potatoes
- Creamed Corn
- Green Bean Casserole
- Sautéed Wild Mushrooms

Choice of Soufflé:  Strawberry, Chocolate, Grand Marnier, Peanut Butter or Chocolate Chip

$39.95 per adult and $12.95 per child (12 and under), exclusive of tax and gratuity.  Dinner served Sundays from 4:30 - 8:30 pm.

Spa Specials

Peppermint Chocolate Scrub

Start 2012 off by treating your skin to a luxurious cleansing, featuring an uplifting, stimulating exfoliation accomplished with a secret mixture of organic sugar scrub, cocoa, peppermint, and lemongrass and coconut-vanilla organic oil.

$90 for 30-minute scrub; $230 for 90-minute scrub and massage (tax and gratuities not included). Available during January and February.

Chocolate Indulgence Experience - Available February Only!

Be pampered by a 60-minute spa treatment at The Spa at Island Hotel, followed by a decadent sweet finale at Palm Terrace Restaurant's Cocoa Lounge. Choice of: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Deep Cleansing Facial, Gentleman's Fact Therapy, Aromatherapy Facial, Honey Hibiscus Hydrating Facial, OC Facial Drench, or Organic Carrot Vitamin Facial.

$130 including Cocoa Lounge Dessert Buffet (tax and gratuities not included). These 60-minute spa treatments are normally $140, so this is a sweet deal!

Cocoa Lounge

Take part in the ultimate dessert experience created by Pastry Chef Michael Owens as the ever-popular Cocoa Lounge returns to Palm Terrace Restaurant, February 3 - March 3. Cocoa Lounge is a unique dessert buffet that will offer an assortment of scrumptious creations served among displays of chocolate statues and chocolate velour.

Open weekly, Tuesday - Saturday, 6 - 10 p.m. Price is $24 per person (excluding tax and gratuity).

Valentine's Dinner at Palm Terrace Restaurant 

New Executive Chef David Man and Sous Chef Roberto Hernandez have collaborated with Pastry Chef Michael Owens to create a special four-course dinner with a menu designed for you and your Valentine.
